The primary method of communication within Tadpoles® is through email, enabling families to play videos, share pictures, or directly contact staff from their chosen email platform. We have developed Tadpoles® with a focus on secure sharing between families and caregivers, ensuring that each child's information is safeguarded. Collaborating closely with caregivers, we tailored Tadpoles® to minimize the time spent on attendance tracking, lesson planning, and reporting, thus allowing them to dedicate more quality time to the children.
